Here is a subset of clients and projects. Most projects are proprietary or not public facing, however some of the public facing designs are linked below. 

After extensive user research and journey mapping, Katrina designed a new Vendor Portal for Car Dealerships and Wheels' first iPhone and Android app for drivers of company cars.

Using a Lean UX methodology, Katrina led a team of designers to design a new Online Employer Benefits Designer and Enrollment website to replace a paper based process.

Following the full UX research process, Katrina designed a public website and the Fund Services Alternative Investments Portal (Private Extranet) for U.S. Bank. 

Katrina spent 4 years at Orbitz on numerous important projects. Most notably she designed the Orbitz.com white label platform and the Agent Call Center Application.

Katrina created a playbook that included ingredients to enable BB&T Bank to build the new intuitive, responsive web design themselves. The playbook included the UX and visual design vision, a pattern library, code standards, design trends, best practices and T7's Agile UX process.

Katrina helped Goldman Sachs design an Ideas repository for the operations team to submit and vote on ideas to improve processes and services at the bank. 

Katrina redesigned Bank of America's merchant services website to market their new Clover station and mobile payments products.

Katrina did research, experiential branding, design and usability testing to redesign Asurion's public website, cobranded cell phone sites and the file claims process.
